For more than fifteen years, I have supported clients navigating complex health challenges, drawing on a background that bridges integrative health consulting with mentorship under healthcare practitioners, therapists, shamans, gurus, experts, and teachers across many disciplines.

 

My work has always centered on a single question: how do we find meaning in the midst of profound suffering?

That question became personal when I entered my own journey with chronic Lyme disease. The experience reshaped not only my understanding of illness, but of what sustains us through it: being believed, being understood, and not having to carry it alone.

​

What I offer now is informed by both paths: professional and personal. My philosophy is that illness is rarely only physical. Beneath symptoms lie emotional, energetic, and intergenerational layers that, when acknowledged with care, can open the way toward genuine healing and transformation.

 

Connection and co-regulation are not luxuries, but lifelines. They allow us to endure uncertainty and rediscover strength. Healing is less about finding a single cure, and more about rebuilding the internal structures that keep us stuck and sick. It is possible to do that alone - I did - and it was grueling and lonely and painful. But all along, I knew I was learning this lesson so that I could eventually help others (I even wrote a book about it!).
